E-Commerce Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
-Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers.
- Assist customers with returns and the RMA process as needed.
- Record and maintain detailed and accurate customer information with spreadsheets.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy and knowledge.
- Demonstrate knowledge of consumer electronics to assist customers with technical questions as needed.
Requirements:
- College educated.
- No experience required, though experience in customer service is a plus.
- Flexible thinker capable of grasping new processes and procedures quickly.
- Ability to type at least 50 wpm.
- Proficient with Microsoft office, such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
